"We could always push Dark down and.. dare I threaten his face?"
Siren looked at Isis. “OH so what do you have in mind?” she asked with a slight smile on her smile as she waited for a reply.
It was true, she did. She felt the tense and awkward vibes they were both giving. Dark seemed to act like all was fine. “I’ve been well. Nothing really exciting has shown up so..”
"Ah i see…" she muttered. She paused before saying, "Well…maybe if none of us have anything important to do…maybe we could do something together."
Dark felt that she was acting strange, but it was expected. Isis smiled back. “Thanks a bunch,” She said as she started walking. Dark had flown above her and taken a few bags, carrying them in his arms.
There was a moment of silence as they walked back to Isis’s home. Siren had a slight feeling that Isis knew that her and Dark were having a few issues. As they walked Siren realized that she couldn’t avoid Dark for ever. “Er…..so have you been?” she eventually asked.
"It’d be nice, but I think I can handle this, as I don’t think it’s much.." She gave a small, embarrassed laugh. Her house wasn’t far off, but she figured Siren would insist. "You can still help if you’d like," Isis said. Dark got himself out of the air and waited for Siren at the front door.
She smiled and quickly went to grab her jacket before heading to the front door. She walked out but made sure not to look at Dark as she thought she would only do something wrong. Siren walked over to Isis and took a bag, “You will be home in no time now,” she smiled.
The vibe they had sure as hell felt awkward. Before he could say anything, Isis was walking past the front gate of Siren’s mansion, bags of groceries on hand. “Dark, if you were on a chase, your feathers would give you away. No doubt.” She said, her usual poker-face on.
She tried to think of what to say to make things less awkward but she didn’t get the chance to. A small smile grew on her face at what she heard. “Hey Isis do you need a hand?”
"I had gone to check on Isis; She’s doing well for now." Even though she had gone and left to get groceries for the short amount of time he was there, she was still fairly happy to see him.
"Oh that’s good," she replied. She went quiet for a moment before saying, "So you going to be staying here for a while?" She wasn’t sure what to do. It wasn’t so much what he said, more that she didn’t know how to react.

Dark had flown up next to the window, tilting his head slightly. “Waiting for me?” He asked. She had been acting different since he had let out those three big words. They were half of the time a no-no. His mind was elsewhere.
She looked up at him only to look away when a faint blush appeared. “Maybe…” she muttered, “So did you do what you needed to do?”
Siren still couldn’t believe that dark actually said those words to her, words she thought she would never hear. If understanding her emotions were hard enough she now had a whole new lot too deal with.
Dark had left to check a few things which left Siren on her own. She usually did things around the mansion but this time she found herself sitting on against the window waiting.
